Intentions & Offerings

Born out of a conversation between friends who believe in the uniqueness of each person's path - and in the power of community.

They wished to create a shared online experience where people could engage with diverse modalities and experience different ways of coming home to themselves more deeply. They invited resonant teachers and friends to join them... The result is a vibrant menu of offerings that include Yin, Vinyasa, Critical Alignment, and Restorative Yoga, and the Realization Process, in addition to therapeutic modalities such as Emotional Freedom Technique, as well as in-depth interviews and workshops on the power of claiming your full voice.

Barbara McAfee

Barbara McAfee is a singer/songwriter, voice coach, and cross-pollinator traveling among the worlds of work, music, personal development, and community. Her work fosters aliveness, joy, expression, and connection in individuals and groups. She explores themes of leadership, meaning, voice, and community for people in a wide variety of professions: training, health care, law, education, nonprofits, and industry. She has been "midwifing" voices for over 25 years for people from all walks of life and is the author of Full Voice: The Art and Practice of Vocal Presence.

Inspired Yoga Teacher

Fiona Hayhoe-Weiland

Fiona offers yoga practices for self-empowerment - supporting her students to return back to their aware self through movement and stillness. She aims to offer a space where students can take responsibility for their unfolding life journey, and live fully with joy. Yoga has been a part of her life since 1994, and her passion turned into her profession in 2004. Part of her work is supporting women with breast cancer through nourishing yoga practices. These practices organically evolved through her teaching experiences of working with many women in different phases of their lives. The diversity of the experiences has allowed her to meet each woman with breast cancer where she is in her treatment program and life process.

Mother, Artist, Entrepreneur, Community-Weaver, and Friend to the World

Jolanda van den Berg

Jolanda is a mother, artist, entrepreneur, and community weaver. Her organization, Ninos Unidos Peruanos Foundation, has transformed the lives of thousands of street children in Peru. A traumatic experience some years ago catalyzed a profound realization of the illusion of a separate self, and drove home the reality that, "We are each other." Since then, Jolanda has held hundreds of deep listening sessions with people, during which she intuitively tunes into their stories, and mirrors back to them the places of stuck-ness, in ways that facilitate access to true freedom. Says Jolanda, "Home is wherever I find myself."

Medical Intuitive Healer

Roberta Tachi

Roberta Tachi has studied and practiced several systems of healing, and has been a medical intuitive healer and teacher for more than 10 years. As a senior teacher of the Realization Process, she has introduced this practice to hundreds of people on 5 different continents. She has been working with and helping people to achieve well-being for more than a decade and this experience has given her the precision and expertise to perceive the points, blocks, and pathways of tension that need to be released. It doesn't matter how deep they are or how long they have been there.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Sylvie Bianchi

Sylvie Bianchi is a therapist based in Belgium. She specializes in facilitating communication and bonding between parents and babies. In addition to EFT, she has studied Play Therapy, Pre and postnatal massage, Affective Birth Preparation, Baby Translation and Connected Communication (a tool to help parents dialogue with their babies and children). Her deepest calling is, "To help people rediscover who they really are, and meet their true self in a place of contentment, love and joy." She previously worked at a center for child survivors of abuse, as well as with a non-profit in the field of human trafficking prevention.

CA Yoga & Therapy Instructor

Zita van Wees

Zita is a mover at heart. At a young age, she started dancing, which provided her a sense of aliveness and connection. Later on, she sought other forms of movement. After various injuries and a chronic illness, she eventually turned to yoga to reconnect her to her wholeness. Zita develops her classes around the understanding that it is not control, but rather a release of gripping that leads to movement. Her drive is to support people who face chronic injuries and discomfort due to habitual posture issues & stress patterns. Since 2008, Zita has been studying and working with Critical Alignment (CA) founder Gert van Leeuwen, both as a student and yoga and therapy teacher. In 2016, she moved with her family to the SF Bay Area. There, she continued researching the interconnectedness of body, mind, and heart, adding fascia release work into her teachings.
